OC Committee News
The annual general meeting for the Owners Corporation was held on Wednesday 13th March 2013. At this meeting a new committee comprising nine members was formed. A meeting schedule for the year will be organised soon and advised here.
The purpose of this page is to report on the activities of the committee and the progress on current projects.
For example, the carpet in the Level 3 corridor has been replaced correcting a bad water spill some time ago.
Also, our new cleaning contractor started on 13th March. You will probably see Chris working in the corridors and on
the building. He is keen to see that our building is a “shiny as a new pin” and to his credit, is putting extra hours to bring the building back to the high standard that we owners expect.
Members of the committee continually liaise with our Building Manager about current scheduled projects to keep up-to-date with progress. New projects are brought to the committee meeting for consideration and are prioritised according to the current budget.
The purpose of this section of the web site is to keep residents informed about happenings in the building. More information will be forthcoming in the near future.
