Access / Intercom Update

Residents,

As most of you already know there are some technical issues at present with our new fob/remotes not working in the lifts. Please keep using the code I have given you until further advised. The maker of the hardware and software are working on the issue trying to fix the fault in the warehouse. We don’t have a timeline for rectification yet but when we do I’ll inform you all.

Regarding intercom access, your apartment handsets do not let visitors up the lifts only into the foyer. This is only TEMPORY while the new intercom system is rolled out. You will be contacted in about two / three weeks for access to apartments for the system change over, it would be greatly appreciated if everyone could work with us during this time to make the changeover as smooth as possible.
